Speed Test Link - How to run and what browsers to use:

  • http://speedtest.oceanic.com/ → Tests from DOE client to the internet
  • Requires Flash
    • Download Adobe Flash - Firefox, Internet Explorer (IE), Edge?
    • Chrome requires custom Flash configurations in browser settings
    • Flash can be enabled through Google Management Console
