Test Internet Speeds
If you are experiencing slow network speeds on different websites do a speed test on the Spectrum connection and the Internal DOE connection.To test your Spectrum Internet connection:
Send a screenshot to your ITM if your results are under 10 Mbps=

Speed Test Sites Require Flash
For Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge - Download and install Adobe Flash
Chrome requires custom Flash configurations:
For the Chrome Browser on a Native Operating System (e.g., Windows, OSX)
- Go to chrome://settings/content/flash
- Add the speed test URL in the Allow section

For Chromebooks use the Google Management Console
- Log into school Google Admin Console (admin.google.com)
- Go to Device Management > Chrome Management > User Settings
- Choose the appropriate sub-organization (i.e. Student)
- Scroll down to Enabled and Disabled Plugins > Enable Plug-ins
- Add *Flash* on its own line
- Click Save
