- Accounts in Google for all employees will be activated during the Summer of 2019, enabling users to migrate off of using Lotus Notes as their email application.
- Google will be the primary email account for the DOE.
- Lotus Notes email and calendar will be copied to the Google account.
- During the Summer of 2021 school-managed Google tenants for FKK schools will be migrated to a master domain.

Leaving Lotus Notes for Google
