OITS has created a web site to assist with the migration to Google.  There is a comprehensive FAQ section if you have any questions regarding the project.

Google Migration Update

Accounts have been created in Google for Technology Coordinators.  You can login through the gmail portal.  A site is being created to assist will migration.  Once it is ready I will forward the URL to TCs.

PCATT Symposium

PCATT IT Symposium 2019, Learning for Careers at the Human-Technology Frontier will take place on May 23 through May 24 in Honolulu. Pre-conference workshops run May 22.

There are great break out sessions and it is free.
